Shipments

Products will be dispatched to your delivery address as soon as possible after payment and are shipped via TNT.

We also provide insurrunce for our products. The insurrance coveres only the damage caused by shipment.

For this insurrance to be valid you have to send us pictures of the damage item plus the whole package,

within 1-2 days after the delivery.

In non-EU countries there may be a charge at your Customs (depending on the Customs of each country).

In case of non receive the package you will be charged the return shipment.

Returns

In order to cancel your order, it is possible if the package have not been sent.

It is possible to return items within 14 days from the day the package is received.

All items should be unopened and in a resellable codition.

Shipment cost will be charged to the customer
